How long do parties usually last?

Usually between an hour and a half to 3 hrs, but it also depends on how many guests are attending.

How do I book my party and how much time in advance should I book my party?

You follow the instructions on the booking page and I would say at least 2 weeks in advance.

Do I need to pay a deposit to save my date and if so how much?

A deposit is required to save the date and it is 50% of the total cost of the party.

If a guest is a no show and I've already paid am I refunded?

You are charged for the final head count that you give for your party and supplies have already been purchased for that guest.

What happens if a guest arrives late, do they get the whole time?

They can join in where we are in the party and/or the host or guest can pay the additional fee to extend the time.

Policies

What you can expect from Bottles N Brushes:

1. We will always be on time

2. We will always communicate in a positive manner

3. Parties will always be confirmed via email and phone call 24 hrs in advance

4. If ever I need to cancel I will give as much notice as possible. I will give you 50% discount if an emergency arises and for non emergencies less than 24hrs notice to you is at no cost to you. Your whole amount paid of party is refunded or you will receive a party on the house.

5. We will maintain appropriate behavior at all times

6. We will not smoke, swear or do anything inappropriate

What is expected from host:

1. Book your party at least 2 weeks in advance.

2. Pay your deposit promptly to ensure you get your date

3. If you need to cancel make sure you do it at least 24 hrs in advance

5. Provide a smoke free environment

6. Provide a safe environment

What is expected from guests:

1. Should try to  arrive on time

2. Should not bring additional guests due to head count for supplies

3. If they are not going to be able to make it as a courtesy.
